This 2 full-day challenge-driven learning-by-doing workshop immerses students into various negotiation environments relevant to cooperation and development issues. The workshop is highly practical, hands-on and participatory, and will blend short interactive presentations with realistic negotiation and simulation exercises, followed by analytical debriefings with personalised video feedback. Upon completion students will be equipped to implement a 10:20:70 negotiation learning and development strategy: one learns how to keep learning from future meeting/negotiation experiences. Students will assume different roles in negotiation role-play simulations on a frequently alternating basis: they can directly test themselves, apply theoretical concepts and through immediate expert feedback improve personal negotiation skills
